I am contemplating creating a cheese spotting list. This would consist of a list of cheeses that I wish to sample in France. Bonus points would be awarded to cheeses sampled in their towns of origin (eg Coulommiers) or for cheeses that come with a free glass of wine.
I shall call it my cheese checklist.
I should really get on with my packing.
